VIGO Platform

After more than eight years of collaborating with various institutions, industries, and companies across the United States and recruiting international candidates through programs like the H-2B visa, we've taken a step forward. We are pleased to introduce the first platform specifically designed to connect U.S. companies offering work visas or programs for foreign workers, such as the H-2A and H-2B visas, with qualified professionals From countries like Mexico, Brazil, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Guatemala, Colombia, Panama, Ecuador, Honduras, and others in Latin America — as well as countries in Africa and Asia such as South Africa, Kenya, Ghana, the Philippines, Indonesia, Nepal, and Thailand. Our platform automates the creation of professional profiles, which are directly shared with these companies, streamlining the hiring process.

In the United States, the demand for workers is growing, with a shortfall reaching 10 million employees. Through programs like the H-2B visa, industries such as hospitality, tourism, landscaping, and seafood processing, among others, seek to fill this gap with seasonal or temporary workers.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), in collaboration with the Department of Labor (DOL), has announced the availability of an additional 64,716 H-2B visas for the fiscal year 2024, on top of the regular 66,000 annual visas, thereby facilitating the entry of more qualified workers.

Moreover, our innovative mobile application is available for download on both the Google Play Store and the Apple Store under the name "VIGO PLATAFORMA." This tool further enhances our capabilities to serve companies and candidates, ensuring that information efficiently reaches employers in need of qualified personnel.

What Is Our Platform?

Our platform serves as an advanced digital database specifically designed for the automatic creation of professional profiles. By subscribing, your profile is automatically generated and stored on our platform. This profile includes all the essential information that companies in the United States need to make hiring decisions. We take care of sharing these profiles directly with American companies that are actively seeking to hire international staff, thus facilitating a direct connection between employers and candidates and optimizing the hiring process for both parties.

What Happens with That Information?

Your information is stored on our servers, under the highest security standards. This information is only shared with more than 19,000 companies that have already obtained H-2A and H-2B work visas for the 2024 season.

What Do We Offer?

We do not offer or sell visas; it is the companies that may choose to designate a work visa and handle all costs, such as embassy appointments, plane or bus tickets to travel to where they are located.

We simply offer a subscription to our platform, which creates your profile based on the information you provide when completing and paying for the form to enter our database, and your profile is shared with 11,700 companies with H-2B visas and 19,000 companies with H-2A visas.

What Are You Paying for with Us?

The only charge is a subscription fee of $199 USD, which is only applicable if you voluntarily choose to register on our website. This subscription allows you to create your digital professional profile on our platform at the time of your enrollment. To complete your profile, you must attach your documentation directly to the registration form or send it to our email: info@vigohrconsulting.com. Your profile will remain active and accessible to potential employers in our database for 3 years, ensuring that your information is directly available to companies in need of your services.

The subscription fee will be reimbursed by the company that hires you in the United States, once you begin working with them.

Upon paying the subscription and completing the questionnaire, you will be a permanent part of the digital data platform that will be sent annually directly to these companies seeking workers, without needing to make any further payments for a period of 3 years.
